Meet Alison Rhinehart
Realtor, community organizer, athlete, spiritual practitioner, avid reader & aspiring children’s book writer
I am a mother, a realtor, a community organizer, an athlete, spiritual practitioner, avid reader, and an aspiring children’s book writer. I enjoy early morning runs (no matter the weather), playing games with my kids (basketball or chess anyone?), a winning tennis overhead, and every now and then tipping my toe back into my first love—TV show hosting (yes, you can catch me on Chicago’s Channel 11 every now and then).
My clients are like family and there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for them.
Why real estate? I struggled for way too long (three years!), trying to find a “perfect” spot to raise my own family. I experienced firsthand what it was like to not know where to turn for real estate advice. I remember searching online, driving through neighborhoods with my toddler in tow, and then still not understanding the value of the properties even though I was supposedly working with a real estate “expert”! I decided this process could be way easier, and so I developed my own proven system. That’s why I’m especially passionate about families, and finding them a space to grow and thrive.
In everything I do, from tennis to parenting to real estate, I do with heart and a can-do attitude. I love to excel, be proactive and get results, especially for the people I work with. My clients are like family, and there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for them. I’ve been known to talk them out of spending too much money on a home purchase or send them to the movies if they’re feeling stressed.
To me, there are three legs to a home-selling stool. #1 is working with the right point person. #2 is the best marketing for your home. #3 is the right price. When you have these three pieces in place, you’ll be unbeatable, no matter the market, situation, or season. I start with listening to your dream scenario and base everything I do around that vision. My bottom-line is always this: I’ve got your back, and I won’t let you down. I want everyone to love their home, and ultimately love their life!
